This holiday season, Elder-Beerman introduces two highly likable heroes that are sure to win hearts. With help from the community, the twosome will help save the day for a local Boys & Girls Club member!
Elder-Beerman is part of The Bon-Ton Stores Inc. which is donating a portion of the proceeds from sales of the 10 inch snowmen to local Boys & Girls. In its eighth year, the promotion has raised more than $850,000 for local Boys & Girls Clubs through fundraising events. The snowmen cost $4.99 each and will be sold throughout November and December, benefiting over 150 Clubs.
“We’re committed to the communities where we live and work”
“As the ‘hometown store,’ we’re committed to the communities where we live and work,” said Bud Bergren, President and CEO, The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. “By hosting special promotions such as our Snow Buddies, we and our customers help extend the positive impact the Boys & Girls Clubs has on so many children throughout the year.”
So as you are shopping locally this holiday season, remember that a purchase of a Snow Buddy will go back to the Boys and Girls Club in our Community in Wayne County. Another reason to buy local.
