What’s Hot This Weekend

No matter where you go or what you do this weekend, its going to be hot.  Mother Nature has decided we need a strong reminder of why we like spring and fall so much.

But it shouldn’t prevent you from getting out and doing something fun!

• Movies at the Reservoir: Friday, 7:30pm “Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs” (more info…)
• Farmers Market: Saturday 7am – 12pm City Parking Lot next to Morrisson-Reeves Library (map)
• Ride the Statesman With Abraham Lincoln: On Saturday, ride along with the 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, on a relaxing train excursion through the valley to the historic town of Metamora. 2 hour layover to shop and eat and then return to Connersille. No parking hassles relax and let the train take you there. (See Calendar for Details)
• Country Charm: Wear your garden hat and come to a Garden Party Sale (must wear hat for discount). Enjoy live dulcimer music Saturday from 11- 1PM (weather permitting). Garden items and primitive furniture. Also refreshments. Save 15% storewide. • Gennett Gospel Legacy Concert: Don Bates, Jr., and the Convention Quartet with special guest Woody Wright (Gaither Homecoming).
