A Facebook page popped up this week with a video that has people wondering. Called, simply, “North Side Mystery Structure,” the link has been shared by several Richmond residents.
With only a couple of blurry, vague black and white pictures and a video, there’s not much to go on, but we’re game to try and figure it out.
