Summer Art Programs through Richmond Parks and Recreation
Richmond Parks and Recreation will host two art programs this summer at Mary Scott Park. Art in the Park and Talented Tykes are two mini-camps running from June 14- July 7 that offer kids a chance to be creative.
Talented Tykes is for preschoolers ages 3-5. During each session, they learn new games, have a snack, and make an awesome craft! Each week, we will explore a different medium of art such as clay, paint, chalk, etc. We will also enjoy singing songs and meeting new friends. Lunch will be provided each day.

Art in the Park is for children entering grades 1-6 in the fall. This mini camp gives children the opportunity to create something meaningful that the whole community will see. Each week, we will explore different designs and create our own set of artwork. There will also be fun games, songs, and free lunches. New this year we will be exploring photography! Supplies provided.
