There is so much going on this week we felt it was important to list some of the events that you won’t want to miss.
This week there are many opportunities for fun at the fair including Poor Jack rides that opened last night, fireworks on Friday and many other great animal competitions as well as yummy food. Tonight is Emergency Professionals and Police get in free night, and they will have the safety village, smoke house, helicopter and other great things to see.
Wayne County Idol
Wednesday, GoWayneCounty.com will be at the fairgrounds again to cover the Wayne County Idol Competition Semi-Finals. We’ll be set up by 5:00 and the contestants hit the stage at 6:00. Finals will be Saturday at 5:00 at the fairgrounds.
Get On Your HOG And Ride!
This weekend is the HOG convention where riders will convene on the east side of Richmond to begin their historic trail ride.
Fireworks 5k Run
Meet the Dire Skates and Go Wayne County Staff at the Fireworks 5k this Saturday. “A beautiful run through Glen Miller Park.” – Not if you’re being chased by tough girls on skates! 🙂

Monte Carlo Show And 25th Anniversary!
