We are planning another great quilt show during Archway Days on August 21th and 22nd from 10 – 4 each day.  There is a special treat this year. Wednesday, August 19 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. will be the day to turn in your quilts and other projects for us to display. We will display antique quilts and projects as well.

If you have a project for us, your admission is free to hear Connie Lane speak at 6 p.m. about the Heritage Barn Quilt Trail in Fayette County.  Have you ever noticed buildings with quilt blocks on them as you drive around? If you want to listen to Connie but don’t have a project to display, don’t worry, there will be a $5 admission fee and you will be able to join us for Connie’s presentation. Light refreshments will be served. Feel free to invite family and friends. All of this takes place at the Mansion House at 214 East Main Street in Centerville.

We will also be having our Flea Market during the quilt show and any items you have for us can be turned in on August 19 as well. We would love to have your magazines, books, patterns, fabric, craft supplies, etc., for the flea market. It’s time to clean out that sewing room and get rid of things you no longer need or want.

Admission to the Quilt/Needlework show is $3. All proceeds from the show and flea market go for the maintenance and restoration of the Mansion House property which includes the Salisbury Court House.
