Family Friendly New Years Eve Ideas

In Richmond/Wayne County:

Richmond 40 Bowl

Family package: Includes bowling from 6-8 p.m., unlimited buffet of sandwiches, chips, coleslaw and drinks, & party favors.  75.00 per lane for up to six people.  reservations required.

Ball drop at the Indiana State Museum

Near Wayne County:

Family New Years Eve, Sunday,

12/31/17, 6-9 p.m. A family friendly alcohol free celebration!  The party includes face painting, activities and magicians with music.  There will be a balloon drop at 8:00 pm, so little ones can celebrate the new year.   Cost is : Members 9.00, non members 15.00 and kids under 4 are free.  Reservations recommended.  317 232 1637.

Countdown to Noon

Indianapolis Children’s Museum

12/31, 10:00 a.m. – 3 p.m. Music from Zak Morgan, with festive New Years Eve activities.  Countdown between noon and 1 p.m.

Festival of lights at the Cincinnati Zoo will continue during Happy Zoo Year!

Happy Zoo Year.  12/31/17. 5-9 p.m.

Cincincinnati Zoo, Cincinnati OH

Madcap Puppets, meet and greet with Father Time and Baby Zoo Year, and and early countdown with fireworks at 9:00 p.m.  The zoo with be decorated with the Festival of Lights as well.  Regular zoo admission applies.

New Years Eve at Fountain Square, Cincinnati OH

New Years Eve Blast at Fountain Square

Cincinnati OH; 12/31/17 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. (fireworks at midnight)

Ice skating, dancing, food games and live music at Fountain Square.  This event is free and open to the public! (ice rink will charge regular fees of admission (6.00) and skate rental (4.00).  myfountainsquare.com
