New: Festival of Trees

This year the Festival of Trees will be a new addition to the festivities along with the traditional carriage rides, carolers, quaint shops open late, live reindeer, model trains, Santa and much more.

Businesses, individuals and non profits have decorated trees for the Festival of Trees event which will take place in Mitrione’s Market and is being organized by Rick Parker and Jana Angeluci along with a committee of volunteers.  This will be the first time the Festival of Trees has been located in the Depot District and the public will be able to bid on trees to own, as well as vote for their favorites all through the Festival which will run every Tuesday starting tonight and into December.

Mitrione’s Market will also offer an all you can eat Italian buffet for 10.00/person and live music.  Other places to eat will include Little Sheba’s, Roscoes Coffee Bar and Tap Room and New Boswell Brewery.

Don’t miss this great event coming to the area each Tuesday from tonight into December.  Be sure to check in again for more fabulous events in Wayne County and check out the GoWayneCounty calendar.
