Holiday Parade

img_3509img_3509Preparations are underway  in Downtown Richmond for the annual Holiday Parade this Friday, December 2, at 7:00 p.m.

All week businesses and city crews are decking the halls with festive planters, lights on the trees, wreaths and holiday decor in the quaint shops.

The parade will run through the center of town starting at 7:00 p.m. and shops will be open before and after for your holiday shopping.  Tin Lizzie Cafe and Mona Lisa will be open for eating before the parade as well as Berties Bar & Grill and Smiley’s.

Be sure to get Downtown early for a good spot and to do some shopping.  And remember to post your selfie pictures when you shop local at the counter of any local shop or cafe to be entered into the GoWayneCounty Shop Local & Win Contest!
