FrazierDesigns:

If you have attended a Richmond Civic Theatre play or musical, you have probably witnessed the artistry of local graphic artist and painter, Pam Frazier.  Besides set design, Pam offers beautiful pieces painted on natural woods (see picture below) as well as custom graphic art designs that can include your or your family members or friends favorite pets! (see above).  Pam has also illustrated over 28 titles of kids books in partnership with Best Friend Books with friend Lisa Combs.

When you are acquiring one of Pam’s pieces, you are supporting a seasoned artist and purchasing a high quality piece for an affordable price. (pricing for custom pieces are $30-$75.00 and can include portraits, home portraits, and pet portraits in snow scenes – see pictures above)

To contact Pam you can IM her on Facebook, or send an email to pam.fraizer@gmail.com.  Be sure to include this artist on your “buy local” shopping list!

June Cat Cards

Emily Kendall has been creating delightfully themed cards, gift tags and decor for many years and has been spotted at the local Farmer’s Market in Richmond as well as having her artistic creations featured in local shops in Wayne County.  Previously a pre-school teacher in Richmond IN, Emily now works from home while teaching her own adorable toddlers in her little home-school designed with the same thoughtful care as she does her artwork.

Fairy Doors & More, By Jana Angelucci

Several years ago Jana Angelucci moved back to her beloved hometown after teaching in Georgia, bringing with her the magic of Fairy Doors, and has been a cheerleader for the county through her expression of art.  With the ability to personalize the doors to each child (or adult), Jana has been bringing joy to people, young and young at heart, in Wayne County through the magic of fairies.  She has now branched out to offering “Hippy Doors” (see picture) that can also be made to fit individual personalities.

Jana is also an accomplished photographer, highlighting the beauty of her favorite county.   Over the years she has traveled miles of country roads capturing shots that others may miss.  And now you can own a piece of her photography or give away as a lovely gift.   Whether you want to find that perfect gift for a local lover of the beauty of Wayne County, or someone who may be missing their hometown from far away- Jana’s photos are a meaningful gift idea for many on your holiday list!

To order from Jana you can contact her on her Facebook pages: Janalaine Photography  or J&J Fairy Door Company by sending a message to the pages.
