Hey whats up you guys?! It’s Dannielle.
A couple of weekends ago I spent the entire time sitting in a chair and looking at paper. No I was not going crazy. I was playing in the All Region IBA band. For the people who have no idea what the All Region Band is, it’s a bunch of kids that come together from different schools and play in one band.
Now not just anyone can just come and be in this band. You have to fill out a form and your director takes it to a meeting with them, and you get chosen out of hundreds of students. In this particular band there were 111 kids that were selected to play– me as one of the flutes. I can’t really describe what happens besides a lot of practicing. The music wasn’t that hard –it was more of working with people that you don’t normally work with.
It is honestly a lot of fun, but yeah… I’ve got a lot of homework to do so I’m going to leave this here. If you wanna watch my new video click the link here http://youtu.be/VGglGEbXMO4 .
Well that’s about it…byyyyyyyeeeeee! *awkward wave*
